For over 20 years, I have specialized in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help children (age 8+), teens & adults who are struggling with a variety of emotional &/or behavioral issues, live healthier & happier lives. Just as no two people are exactly alike, I believe that it is fundamental that counseling treatment NOT be a one-size-fits-all model. By utilizing an Integrative, Evidence Based Approach, various aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, particularly with Exposure Based Therapy, what decades of research indicates is the gold standard for treatment, I believe that I am best able to meet the unique needs of each individual person. I am also one of the few therapists with expertise in use of Exposure Based Therapy, including Exposure & Response Prevention Therapy, (ERP), both In & Outside of the Office Setting.
